Sudan Khartoum oil refinery plant underground firewater pipeline rehabilitation is the first major project to ZTPE in HDPE lining technology marching into foreign markets, since the starting of project, the company leadership attaches great importance and gets all departments efficient coordination and gives the maximum support to the project in manpower, equipments and supplies.
The project officially started before New Year’s Day after the preparatory work. The department has always adhere to the “safety first, civilization construction” concept and construct accordance with the engineering design and the requirements of the owner strictly.
During the construction period, faced with serious internal pipeline scaling with high hardness and limited working space, the team bear down the stress, give up the rest time to ensure the completion of scheduled tasks. After the efforts of all the staffs, the first construction stage was completed, the overall pressure tests successfully, pressure test 1.6Mpa, the owner supervisor participated in the whole pressure test process and were satisfied with the effect and appreciated ZTPE technology as well as construction standards.
The face of late tight schedule and heavy tasks, the department will continue efforts to produce a satisfactory answer for the owner the and company.
