Make rigorousness and carefulness As Our Immortal Qualities

The same rice breeds different race, similarly, the same environment generates different enterprises. Every enterprise has its own characteristic. Some of them are rigorous, some are casual, some are careful, some are bold, some are gentle, some are flamboyant and some are the mixture of those.
What about our oil and petrochemical enterprise? What are our characteristics and what kind of quality should we cultivate? In my opinion, rigorousness, carefulness and practicalness should become our permanent qualities.
Knowledge makes a gentleman. Similarly, the enterprise quality comes from its cultural deposits. Even today, there is “three honest and four rigorousness” (In professionally, to be an honest man, to be honest in our words and to be honest to our work. In work, we should have four rigorousness: rigorous
requirements, rigorous organization, rigorous attitude and rigorous discipline.) Which is formed in Daqing Battle should also be taken as our behavior principles. Actually, in nowadays of value diversification, the meaning of these principles is even more important than before. If each employee tries to be an honest man, then all of our staff will be disciplined; if each employee tries to discipline himself and works in a well-organized way, then our enterprise will be high-effective.
Recently, the safe inspection is carried out in the way of “four ‘no’s and two directs”, i.e., we will begin our inspection without noticing the related people, without letting them know, without listening to their reports and without being accompanied. And we will carry out our work by directly going to the grass-roots units and by directly going to the worksite. At first, the grass-root units may not be adapted to this. However, if every one of us can behave well, then no sudden inspection would frighten us. Then the safety problem will not
be the sword of Damocles hanging above the management's head.
The enterprise is made up of employees. The behavior of the enterprise is carried out by the employees. So the enterprise quality is the statement of all the qualities of our staff and determines the image of the enterprise. Therefore, every one of our staff should cultivate the behavior of rigorousness, carefulness and practicalness, and then our enterprise will easily gain a good quality and image which are the basis and foundation of creating first-class enterprise.
