Exercise Rush-repair and Start from practice
At 10:00, June 27, 2014, , along with the continuous sirens of the accident alarm in Jiaozuo Zhongnengboai No.1 Station, Zhongneng Gas Company and Our Company ZTPE officially started the gas leakage rush-repair exercise of 2014.
The rush-repair commander Yue Mingcai, who is the deputy general manager of Henan Petroleum and Gas Company, gave rush-repair exercise instruction and organized relevant personnel to analyze the on-site "leaking accident", then launched the rush-repair plan immediately.
Rush-repair personnel armed immediately fully prepared for the Rush-repair exercise, they conducted an alert monitor around the leak location and evacuated the people around, in the meanwhile, they informed the professional Rush-repair team at the first time—ZTPE.
The Rush-repair personnel of ZTPE arrived at the scene of the accident, immediately implemented Rush-repair. They set up the indication and warning marks, then started the force draught fan. The crews wore protective clothing and put on pressure respirators correctly, implementing the concentration measurement of combustible gas, using professional explosion-proof tools to note the agent type gas leak sealing operation, It took 57 minutes’ pressure Rush-repair to successfully complete the simulation pressure operation of 4.0 Mpa gas pipeline leak Rush-repair task. ZTPE Company’s specialized Rush-repair technology as well as the skilled operation left a deep impression to the leaders participated in the exercise at the scene; they highly evaluated and praised "ZTPE Company is a team that can fight, which laid a solid foundation for our further cooperation".
The joint ZTPE Company was valued high by both sides, Zhongneng and ZTPE, and local government department also paid close attention to it.
