achievement appraisal of science and technology of ministry of housing and urban-rural and achievement evaluation of Henan Science and Technology Department
On January 10, 2014, the "old pipe lined with UV-CIPP curing rehabilitation
technology" that has the domestic leading level successfully passed achievement
appraisal of Henan Science and Technology Department organized, which is self-raised funds by my company and independently researched and developed. On
March 7, 2014, "Photo-curing hose lining (UV - CIPP) pipeline rehabilitation
technology" successfully passed the achievement appraisal of science and technology
of ministry of housing and urbanrural. This fully shows that we always insist on the

trenchless rehabilitation technology of world advanced level, strive for making the best
and most advanced technology services to the masses of customers, and make the
contribution for national trenchless rehabilitation technology.
Photo-curing (UV - CIPP) rehabilitation technology is a new kind of pipeline repairing
technology, use Photocured resin impregnated fiberglass lining hose, pull into the pipelines
ready to repair, use UV radiation curing, form high strength glass fiber reinforced plastic
lining layer, and realize pipeline rehabilitation. This technology has the characteristic that
construction speed quickly, high strength after curing, and repairing distance long, has
great prospect. At present, the technology has been successful applied in Tianjin municipal
pipeline, Zhongyuan oil field Second gas factory, and Huadian international company,
and has gained good reputation from the owners.
